Have you downloaded and ran the firmware update utility from here to check for newer firmware? Unfortunately Brother only makes the firmware available through the utility.Ĭan you provide a sample of what you have tried as the directory path? Yes it does appear to be an issue with what the Brother uses for the store directory path. It does not appear to be a fundamental users/network issue, rather syntax as to what the Brother Store directory will accept.
